Carter House:

One bedroom - up to 2 guests:       $95.00*
Two bedrooms - up to 4 guests:     $175.00

Two bedrooms - up to 5 guests:     $185.00

Three bedrooms - up to 6 guests:  $235.00

Three bedrooms - up to 7 guests:  $245.00

Four bedrooms - up to 8 guests:    $255.00***
*9 guests                                             $265.00
*10 guests                                           $275.00

*One bedroom at the Carter House has two double beds

**These rates are for two or more nights stay. Because we do not have a two-night minimum policy as others in the area do, a one-night stay is increased by *$25.00 for one bedroom; **$50.00 for the entire Jared House; ***$75.00 for the entire Carter House.

**Two night minimum stay for special event/festival weekends.

No pets allowed at any time at the bed & breakfast. There are no exceptions! 

 

Cancellation Policy:

In order to receive a refund of your deposit, a ten-day notification of cancellation is required.
